Top Flight Corvette Club
AT THE CURRENT TIME, DUE TO COVID-19, ALL CLUB ACTIVITIES ARE BEING EVALUATED FOR SAFE OPERATIONS. ONCE PERSONAL CONTACT RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED, WE WILL ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
Hello and welcome to the Top Flight Corvette Club Website. Our Corvette Club is a social club consisting of people who have a common interest in the true American sports car, the "Corvette." We seek out opportunities to promote our club, our cars, and our mutual friendship through social activities that center around the corvette lifestyle. We have no particular political or financial goals as an organization. Our common bond is ownership and passion for our corvettes and the fellowship we generate as an active social organization. Members are encouraged to plan and promote events for members and guests to enjoy. We encourage preservation, restoration, and maintenance of our corvettes. For that reason, members share information, experience, and resources. We are interested in attending car shows. You are most likely here because you have an interest in Corvettes, own a Corvette, or may want to find like minded people who enjoy social activities, day cruises, and vacation events.
The purpose of the Top Flight Corvette Club (TFCC) is to maintain an association for owners of Corvettes which provides a cordial, informal atmosphere for discussing social, technical, and other topics pertaining to Corvettes and club activities. TFCC full membership is limited to Corvette owners, spouses and significant-others. The diversity of the club membership proves to be beneficial because of the talents of individual members, and the common interest in Corvettes results in a strong bond of friendship and mutual cooperation.
The Top Flight Corvette Club was organized in 1996, in the Washington DC area. TFCC is a 501C (3) designated non profit club.
Like the community, the founding TFCC members were a small group, made up of six members who met at a local restaurant. The corvette community has grown considerably during that time and so has the Top Flight Corvette Club. From the initial membership of six, the club has grown to over 70 members. Since that beginning, a Constitution and By-Laws have been adopted, official club shirts have been made, and officers and committee chair people now number over a dozen, including National Council of Corvette Clubs Governor.
